Classes Offered at Elevate Fitness:

Power Cycling
A high-energy, low-impact cycling class designed to challenge your endurance, boost cardiovascular health, and burn calories. Energizing music and motivating instructors keep you pushing toward your goals.


Strength & Stretch
A hybrid class that combines half intentional strength training circuits with half yoga, ending with a guided meditation. Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and energized—all in one hour!


 Kettlebells
Strength and endurance-focused class using kettlebells to sculpt your body, improve functional movement, and build overall strength. Perfect for all fitness levels.


 Yoga
A restorative and strength-building class that blends flexibility, breathwork, and mindful movement to reduce stress, increase mobility, and improve overall wellness.

Power Flow Strength
Start your morning with this low-impact, high-energy class designed to awaken your body and set the tone for a great day. Class begins with gentle movements to stimulate the lymphatic system, followed by a mix of bodyweight and light weighted exercises to build strength and boost circulation. We finish with a soothing yoga flow to restore balance and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and ready for the day ahead.


How to Sign Up for Classes

Step 1: Sign Up & Purchase Credits

  • Sign up under Elevate Fitness by purchasing a $10 class credit or a 10-Class Punch Card for $75 under PRICING.

  • You can also stop by the front desk during staffed hours to sign up in person.

Step 2: Download & Access the Gymdesk App

  • Once you’re officially signed up and have paid for your credit, download the Gymdesk App.

  • If it’s your first time signing in, click “Forgot Password” to set up your account.

Step 3: Book Classes & Manage Your Account

  • After signing in, you can book classes, purchase additional credits, cancel if needed, and more—all from the app!
