This is a 45 minute full body workout where you move through a series of different exercises or stations with little rest in between. Each exercise targets different muscle groups using a mix of strength, cardio, and core exercises. It is designed to keep your heart rate up, build endurance, and tone your muscles- all in one efficient workout. It can be modified for all fitness levels.

Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your reservation by either calling and speaking directly to a staff member or removing yourself on the app. Please note that we do not accept cancellations through email or voicemail to staff members.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a class without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full price of that class, deducted from your session credits.
