Kettlebells
Strength and endurance-focused class using kettlebells to sculpt your body, improve functional movement, and build overall strength. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Yoga
A restorative and strength-building class that blends flexibility, breathwork, and mindful movement to reduce stress, increase mobility, and improve overall wellness.

Start your morning with this low-impact, high-energy class designed to awaken your body and set the tone for a great day. Class begins with gentle movements to stimulate the lymphatic system, followed by a mix of bodyweight and light weighted exercises to build strength and boost circulation. We finish with a soothing yoga flow to restore balance and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and ready for the day ahead.
How to Sign Up for Classes
Step 1: Sign Up & Purchase Credits
Sign up under Elevate Fitness by purchasing a $10 class credit or a 10-Class Punch Card for $75 under PRICING.
You can also stop by the front desk during staffed hours to sign up in person.
Step 2: Download & Access the Gymdesk App
Once you’re officially signed up and have paid for your credit, download the Gymdesk App.
If it’s your first time signing in, click “Forgot Password” to set up your account.
Step 3: Book Classes & Manage Your Account
After signing in, you can book classes, purchase additional credits, cancel if needed, and more—all from the app!

This class is a high intensity cardio class using stationary bikes & high energy music. Flat roads, hills, & springs are simulated using tension & speed. Beginners to experienced rider are welcome. Be prepared to sweat & have fun!

We value your commitment to our fitness studio and aim to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all our members, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 1-hour notice to cancel your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the class price, deducted from your session credits.
Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your reservation by either calling and speaking directly to a staff member or removing yourself on the app. Please note that we do not accept cancellations through email or voicemail to staff members.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a class without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full price of that class, deducted from your session credits.
